磷化铟（Indium Phosphide）是铟与磷的化合物。
InP单结晶衬底，相比GaAs和GaP具有大格子定数，因此可以在InP衬底上生长整合格子（相同格子定数）的InGaAs、AlInAs、InGaAsP和AlGAINAs等材料的外延片。
通过组合这些材料，从而使制造光通信用途的受发光器件，超高速转换器，共鸣隧道二极管等成为可能。
